How do I personalize my order?

Personalizing your item is easy. Please follow these steps to ensure your details are included correctly:

How to Add Personalized Instructions:

  • Add your item to the cart.
  • When the pop-up appears, click “View Cart.”
  • On the cart page, find the “Order Special Instructions” box.
  • Write exactly what you want your item to say (name, jersey number, player details, etc.).
  • If ordering multiple items, include the instructions for each item in your final cart notes.
    Special instructions cannot be added during quick checkout, so please open your cart to add your notes.

Ordering through the Shop App?

Simply email your order number and personalization details to:

We copy spelling exactly as written, so please double-check names and details before submitting.

 

Are your items made to order?

Yes. All physical products — puzzles, apparel, mugs, tote bags, and more — are made to order through our trusted print provider. This ensures:

  • Beautiful, consistent printing
  • Fresh, newly produced items
  • Less waste and a more sustainable approach

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

Why do you use a print provider?

Using a professional print partner allows us to offer a wider range of high-quality products while keeping prices affordable. It ensures:

  • Professional-grade printing
  • Faster fulfillment from multiple production facilities
  • Reliable quality control
  • Consistency across personalized designs

This allows us to focus on creating meaningful, inclusive designs while our production partner handles printing with care.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, our print provider does not offer expedited or rush shipping. All items ship through their standard service. If expedited options become available in the future, we will update our store.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently serve U.S. customers only on our website.

However, all international customers are welcome to order through our Etsy shop, which fully supports international shipping.

Will my order arrive by a specific holiday?

Holiday delivery cutoffs vary by year. Once our print provider’s delivery window closes, we cannot guarantee arrival by the holiday.

Orders placed after the cutoff may arrive after the holiday depending on production volume and carrier delays.

For last-minute gifting, digital downloads are always available instantly.

 

Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

Because items are made individually and shipped directly from our production partner, production and shipping times may extend slightly during busy seasons. Delivery speeds also depend on carrier workload and local weather conditions.

 

What if I made a mistake in the personalization?

If something needs correcting, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Once your item enters production, personalization changes can no longer be made.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please message us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly request a free replacement from our print provider.

 

How do digital downloads work?

Digital files — including flashcards, token boards, and coloring pages — are available instantly after purchase.

You will receive an email with a download link, and files can also be accessed anytime from your customer account.

No physical product will be shipped for digital items.
